BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES - Announcements

Dear Students,

To take the BS Quiz you should:

1. Read and learn the chapters/articles needed for each topic
2. Download Socrative for students App
2. Enter the room name: MAMCARZ7405
3. Enter your Index Number
4. Answer the questions

You are not obliged to take those quizzes, but they may be helpful for you in raising your motivation to study BS, checking your knowledge and then taking partials and final exam.

The questions that are already in Socrative App are from the first topic only: Physician-Patient relationship. Using this App I am able to share with you only one Quiz at once, so the questions from the first topic will be available for you until Sunday 22th. On Monday I will prepare new questions from the next topic: Human development - School Age, Adolescence and they will be available until Wednesday 25th, then the third topic available until Saturday 29th, etc.

Dear Students,

We are sending you the materials and information which are needed for Behavioral Science Course. 

The reference book for Behavioral Sciences course is “Behavioral Sciences: Seventh Edition, by Barbara Fadem”. We will also be sending you additional articles in PDF. You can find the list of the topics and chapters that are needed for each topic in additional documents.
In “BS CURRICULUM” document, you will find the schedule for the topics. 

In “Teaching aids” document, you will find the names of the topics with the numbers of chapters and titles of articles that are needed for each topic. 
As for today, we have 5 classes to catch up (including this Wednesday19th):
(Introduction)Basics of Physician-Patients Relationship, 
Human development – School Age, Adolescence, 
The Beginning of Life. School Age, Adolescence,
Substance abuse. 
We will soon aprepare quizzes in Socrative App for each topic – please download the student’s version of the App. We will send you the name of the rooms soon. Please put your index number instead of the name.

If you are willing or if You have time You can complete these 4 quizzes. We will be adding next topics successively if needed.

We will be uploading all the information on imul Website, section Courses – Behavioral Sciences.

The refrence book for Behavioral Sciences course is “Behavioral Sciences: Seventh Edition, by Barbara Fadem”. Please be aware of the edition number as we are using the seventh edition only!
Both content of the course and partials as well as exams questions are based on the seventh edition of the book.
